Tsha-Tsha is hierarchical in Tibet.Usually seen belongs to a kind of common, this Tsha-Tsha made of ordinary clay , therefore is very widely spread among the people.When producing clay Buddha stick the highland barley or other mascot into the back, to show the maker of the faith, and desire for a better life.
And the other Tsha-Tsha is made of is the Buddha’s ashes and clay mixed together.Tibet tradition, the monk who was regarded as the gods passed away, people would build pagodas for him , then the monk’s ashes and clay will be mixed together made into Tsha-Tsha,and put it into tower. Then, “Buddha’s body” can also bless the world.
In Tibetan Buddhist rites, after the Dalai Lama、Panchen Lama or a few tulku pass away,they were buried in the tower.Before that,the Buddha’s body would be processed meticulously, strict anti-corrosion ,with salt, saffron and other valuable drugs to make the body dried, after the body dry was formed a golden in order to people pray.Then temple monks mix the salt which soaked Dharmakaya or other drugs and clay together to made into Tsha-Tsha.This is the most valuable Tsha-Tsha, mainly used as a talisman.It is said that if you can bring the amulet, can resist the evil, to ensure the safety, and the effect of invulnerability.Because it is rare, ordinary people are hard to obtain,in the history, only the great masters’ relatives, officials, nobles can be given.
